• Request Fee: R50.00 (non-refundable, payable upon submission)

You will be informed of the estimated fees before processing your request.

8. Access to Information

Adceptual will respond to requests for information within 30 days of receiving the request. If the request cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you of the refusal and the reasons for it.
